Here are tonights selections:
7 Units Dallas Cowboys +2 -110
5 Units Dallas Cowboys OVER 35½ -110
The Cowboys rebounded from their opening week loss to the Vikings with a solid 19-12 win over the Cleveland Browns Sunday. Vinny Testaverde completed 23-of-35 passes for 322 yards and a touchdown while RB Eddie George ran 18 times for 62 yards and a score. Dallas rolled up 441 offensive yards but committed four turnovers, including three picks by Testaverde. The Redskins (1-1 SU, ATS) meanwhile, came up short in the Meadowlands as they lost to the Giants 20-14 as the Giants ended the longest losing streak in franchise history. RB Clinton Portis fumbled twice, starting quarterback Mark Brunell tossed one pick and fumbled, and backup QB Patrick Ramsey was intercepted three times for the Redskins. Brunell ended 10-of-18 for 92 yards and a touchdown before leaving with a left hamstring injury. Ramsey finished 9-of-18 for 142 yards and a touchdown. QB Mark Brunell is recovered from his hamstring problem and will start this game over Patrick Ramsey. LaVar Arrington is expected to miss two to four weeks after a sudden flare-up forced him to have surgery on his right knee. Turnovers were of course the death knell for the Redskins Sunday while the Cowboys barely survived theirs. Testaverde's been reborn and the Dallas passing attack should be able to move the ball. Avoiding turnovers could mean a high scoring battle, too, especially with the Dallas air attack so potent.
